Cellar Treatment
All grapes undergo cold maceration at 32º for 3 days. The alcoholic fermentation takes place using selected yeasts during 7 - 10 days, at a temperature of 82º - 86º. Post-fermentative maceration is 3 - 5 days.
Color
Deep purple – intense violet
Aroma
A very expressive wine with a nose that evolves into clove and spice. Also includes notes of toasty oak, ripe red fruits and hints of smoked bacon.
Pairings
Rich and juicy on the palate, this full-bodied structure pairs well with grilled red meats, roasted lamb, game, pasta with red sauce and strong cheeses.
