Fresh Bosc pears, apple, white flowers and ocean mist dominate this elegant Chardonnay, Well-balanced, medium-bodied and perfectly suited for fish, chicken, and vegetarian foods.

100% Chardonnay
Harvesting
Hand-harvested from the third week of March to the beginning of April. The best grapes are selected in the very early morning or late evening when temperatures are cool to maintain optimal harvesting conditions.
Cellar Treatment
The grapes are de-stemmed before 8-hour cold maceration and pneumatic pressing. Only first-run juice undergoes alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks, with selected yeasts at 53º - 57º for a period of 18 – 22 days.
